Job Description
Responsibilities
Drafting Leases, renewals and amendments
Drafting and recording deeds
General corporate housekeeping matters including entity formation and obtaining EINS
Contract review and general compliance matters
The candidate will be expected to manage corporate and real estate documents, assist with preparing materials for investors, and conducting legal and due diligence research.
This is not a hybrid or remote position.
Qualifications
Growth mindset and positive attitude
Strong interest in real estate development
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
At least two years of experience in legal services or real estate
Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish
Excellent computer skills that include a strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Candidates must submit to and pass a criminal background check.
