BROWNSVILLE, TEXAS, Oct. 25, 2024— Frozen yogurt lovers in the Lower Rio Grande Valley are in for a treat—a Pinkberry Frozen Yogurt treat! It is set to open its first location in the region this year. The new shop will be located at 1400 Palm Blvd., in Brownsville.
This exciting project, designed and constructed by Origo Works, will contribute to the area’s growth and development.
This development is part of the Palm Village redevelopment to revitalize the historic plaza. Origo Works invites other growing businesses to learn more about the space available at the property.
“We are working on finalizing a few components and making progress on the construction,” Jason Cuevas, Director of Construction, said.
Cuevas added that the trusses have been installed, and the team has begun the canopy construction. The brick and siding are scheduled for delivery next week, and they expect to finalize the construction in about three weeks. The OW construction team leads the exterior construction, and Pinkberry owners will finish the interior.
More Pinkberry details will be announced soon!
