The Financial Analyst position is based in Monterrey, Mexico. This role will focus on financial planning, forecasting, and advanced modeling, while providing strategic insights through performance reporting and market research. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and passionate about real estate investment and supporting the growth of our U.S. real estate portfolio.
Responsabilidades
Strategic financial planning and forecasting
Advanced modeling for project evaluation and follow-up
Deep-dive analysis of financial statements (IS, BS, CF)
Trend and deviation analysis to drive decision-making
Executive dashboards and performance reporting
Market research and feasibility studies
Collaboration with the executive team to support strategic decision making
Recommend process improvements across Asset Management and operations
Work closely with Asset Management, Operations, and Development teams
Implement tools and controls to ensure clear reporting and collaboration
Contribute to the institutionalization of financial and development policies
Calificaciones
Passion for Real Estate and U.S. investment models
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or engineering
Strong understanding of IS, BS, and Cash Flow dynamics
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Strong attention to detail and storytelling through data
Fluent English (spoken and written) – mandatory
Experience in Real Estate, FP&A, or AppFolio is a plus
